Setup WiFi on Rabot Hardware

Use the WiFi QR Code generator below to add your network credentials and create a QR code. When your Rabot device is offline and has no known WiFi in range, its Andon light will turn purple and it will look for a WiFi QR code; show it the QR code and the device will connect automatically.

Then follow the steps below to add your credentials and use the QR code.

Steps:

  1. Click the link above to open the WiFi QR generator (it runs in your browser; your password never leaves your device).

  2. Enter your network name (SSID), choose security type (WPA/WPA2, WPA3, or Open), enter your password if needed, and select 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.

  3. Click Generate QR.

  4. Display the QR code on screen or download and print it, then hold it in front of the device camera. When the device reads it, it will connect to your WiFi and the Andon light will turn green.
