Step 1: Confirm that the WiFi is not working

  1. Check Power Status:

    • Ensure that the blue light on the power button is on. This confirms that the system is powered.

  2. Access the System Online:

  3. Identify Your Station:

    • Find your Warehouse and Station number, which you noted during the onboarding phase. Look for identifiers such as rabot-ix-xxx and station names (e.g., Packout-25).

  4. Check Connectivity Status:

    • Look for a green icon next to your station’s listing. A green icon indicates that the system is online. Below image shows an example of 3 stations showing up as Online.

What to Do if There’s No Green Icon

If the green icon is not displayed, it suggests that the device may not be connected to WiFi due to signal issues or changes in WiFi settings.

Step 2: Fix the WiFi Connection

  1. If WiFi Details require an update:

  2. Connect via Ethernet:

    • Temporarily connect an Ethernet cable to the Rabot Pack Unit. This will allow for a direct connection while WiFi settings are updated.

  3. Wait for Confirmation:

    • Our support team will update the WiFi settings on your device within 24 hours.
