Step 1: Confirm that the WiFi is not working
Check Power Status:
Ensure that the blue light on the power button is on. This confirms that the system is powered.
Access the System Online:
Visit your Rabot Portal (example: www.customername.rabot.us/stations) to log into your account.
Identify Your Station:
Find your Warehouse and Station number, which you noted during the onboarding phase. Look for identifiers such as
rabot-ix-xxxand station names (e.g.,Packout-25).
Check Connectivity Status:
What to Do if There’s No Green Icon
If the green icon is not displayed, it suggests that the device may not be connected to WiFi due to signal issues or changes in WiFi settings.
Step 2: Fix the WiFi Connection
If WiFi Details require an update:
Email the updated WiFi network name (SSID) and password to [email protected].
Connect via Ethernet:
Temporarily connect an Ethernet cable to the Rabot Pack Unit. This will allow for a direct connection while WiFi settings are updated.
Wait for Confirmation:
Our support team will update the WiFi settings on your device within 24 hours.
