If you're experiencing issues with your Rabot Pack device, follow these steps to confirm it's powered on and functioning properly.
1. Check the Power Connection
Rabot devices require a direct power source. Verify that:
The power cable is securely connected to the device and the power outlet.
The outlet is functional (try plugging another device into the same outlet).
There are no visible signs of damage to the power cable.
2. Look at Status lights
Most Rabot devices have status lights that provide a quick check on their condition. Below is a quick overview of the status lights:
Green light – Device is on and working correctly.
Blinking yellow – Device needs attention (e.g., network issue, software update).
No light – The device is not receiving power.
If no light is visible, recheck the power connection or try a different outlet.
3. Confirm Network Connectivity
Some issues may stem from network disruptions rather than power loss. Ensure that:
The device is connected to the network (wired or wireless, depending on the setup). Reach out to Rabot Support if you are unsure how your setup is configured.
Any required network settings (such as firewall rules) are correctly configured.
There are no local internet outages affecting the device.
4. Restart the Device
A simple restart can resolve many issues. Follow these steps to restart the device:
Power off the device by unplugging it.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and allow it to fully reboot.
5. Check Rabot Portal: Stations
Navigate to the Stations page in the Rabot Portal to check the real-time status of your device. This will help determine if the device is online and properly communicating with the system.
6. Contact Support
